Today is the best day to try something new! And what’s better than trying your hand at a healthy salad. What’s more? This salad has the best of both worlds – Good health with good taste. The bright-green veggie is packed with good-for-you vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6, as well as folate, iron, copper, calcium, protein, and fiber.

Cook Time –
 20 minutes

Serving – 2 people


  • 100g Asparagus
  • A handful Lettuce
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes chopped into halves
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.

  2. Boil the asparagus in salted water for 2 mins. Drain and wash with cold water.

  3. In a large bowl, add the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and asparagus.
  4. Toss the mixture well.

  5. Add the lemon juice and mix all the ingredients together.

  6. Season with salt and pepper and serve fresh.
