- Pumpkin -1 large piece
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 4 pods
- Red Chilli (degi mirch) – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Chat Masala – 1 teaspoon
- Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
- Peel and cut the pumpkin in wedges
Boil water in a pan add salt and now add pumpkin wedges and cover the pan.
