like too much of a hassle to stick to your ketogenic diet. But you don’t need to compromise
ketosis. These tips and tricks can help you stay on track while you’re away from home.

Plan & Prepare

Before planning your family vacation or a business trip, it would be great to do some in-
depth searches while looking for a hotel to stay. Most preferably, stay in bigger cities, as
they typically have more restaurants that offer keto-friendly meals.

You may also opt for accommodation that offers a kitchen. This way, you can easily cook
according to your needs. A little preparation goes a long way. Staying on your ketogenic diet
would be much easier if you are already knowledgeable about the various local places to
eat.

Pack Plenty of Low Carb, High Fat Snacks

Depending on the length of your trip, and how much room you have to pack food, you can
carry a variety of perishable or nonperishable keto-friendly food items with you. Dry foods
are most acceptable, so take as much as you need.
